Offering my extremely low-mileage 2018 Harley-Davidson Breakout 114, extensively customized using genuine Thunderbike Germany components and professionally assembled, painted and finished in North America.

Only ~3,400 miles / 5,500 km from new. Clean title, no accidents, no liens. Garage kept, recently inspected and needs nothing.

The objective with this build was to create a completely cohesive, long, low and aggressive Breakout rather than a stock bike with obvious bolt-on modifications. Almost every visible detail has been addressed or blacked out so the motorcycle reads as one complete build.

BUILD

Genuine Thunderbike components include:

- Stretched custom fuel tank

- Wide rear fender with integrated LED tail/turn lighting

- Front fender

- Headlight cap

- Thunderbike seat

- Talisman side bag

- Side-mount license plate

- Wheel caps

- Grips/controls and numerous additional finishing components

- Adjustable air-ride suspension

The original Thunderbike seat was professionally reupholstered in black leather with custom diamond/flame stitching by a specialist automotive/motorcycle upholsterer on Vancouver Island.

One of the most distinctive elements of the motorcycle is the one-off fabricated metal mesh/V-detailing incorporated into both the stretched fuel tank and rear fender. This was custom fabricated specifically for the bike and ties the front and rear bodywork together. I have personally never encountered another Breakout using this treatment.

A considerable amount of work went into the small details. Even much of the hardware was changed or blacked out specifically so individual components wouldn't visually interrupt the build.

A NOTE ON THE BUILD

This motorcycle was not assembled at Thunderbike's German shop. The genuine Thunderbike components were sourced for the build, with assembly, fabrication, custom work and paint completed in North America.

For someone considering building a comparable Breakout today, the cost goes far beyond buying the donor motorcycle. Genuine Thunderbike bodywork and components, Harley-Davidson Turbine wheels, international sourcing/shipping, custom fabrication, paint, upholstery, air suspension, performance work, tuning and extensive professional labour add up quickly.

More importantly, all of those individual pieces still have to come together as one motorcycle.

This one already does.

The result is an exceptionally low-mileage Breakout with a distinctive European custom-bike profile and numerous one-off details that would be difficult to duplicate.
