Introduced right after the famous executive buyback from AMF, the FXDG was modeled after Willie G. Davidson’s personal prototype. It holds a legendary place in H-D lore as the very first factory model to sport the solid cast aluminum rear disc wheel and a unique twin-belt drive system.This particular motorcycle is a true survivor, showing just 4,300 miles from new. It has spent its life preserved in a climate-controlled garage, protecting its finishes a few paint chips, chrome, and structural integrity. The 82-cubic-inch Shovelhead engine starts easily, idles correctly, and runs , delivering the iconic mechanical soul that modern bikes simply cannot replicate.
