All cables and oil lines are braided steel. Sadly, bike has been sitting for 9 years due to my physical condition that I thought would get better but has only gotten worse. I have owned this bike since 1973 (I'm the second owner), so it was hard for me to accept reality and put her up for sale. There's surface rust on the chrome from sitting in a Minnesota garage for 9 years. To get it running the carb will need to be taken apart and thoroughly cleaned, install new plugs and points, adjust timing, clutch, etc. and put oil in it. Included: 4 quarts of oil, plugs, and a bunch of old, spare parts.
