The Forty Eight Special is one “special” lady. Added chrome while blacking our specific areas of the bike. The bike has a lot of nice options added. The Cobra exhaust gives it the god loud rumble. The bikini fairing and high T-bars are a nice added feature achieving the club look. A high breather air-intake adds power to the bike unfortunately also triggers a check-engine light.

This bike is in near perfect condition. Small blemishes on the front fender and two paint chips on the upper part of the lowers (both pointed out in the walk-around video on our website). The bike is a beautiful example. Ready for a new owner who will appreciate this awesome 1200cc bike with power and looks.

The Sportster has been the most recognized small Harley even though it really is a rather heavy bike for what is considered “Entry Level”. Not surprising some Harley riders with bigger bikes add a Sportster to their own garage for the quick run-around trip without bringing out the “big gun”. It is heavy enough to ride solid yet agile enough to just fling it around. Loved by shorter and female riders for its easy handling and loved by big guys for the power/weight ratio.

The Sportster is offered in two power units. The traditional 883 engine and the 1200 engine. Both are equally interesting bikes with tons of options by aftermarket manufacturers to customize this bike from head to toe for small money.
