This then new style of Bobbers was taking the world by storm. This 2008 “Nightster” is the bike you will look at then look again and again and just cannot get enough. The 1200cc engine will then propel you forward with no hesitation. A 5-speed gearbox gets through the gears smooth and powerful. The no-nonsense Nightster and Iron line are the stripped-down versions of the Sportster line that are made for racers and speed demons. Nightster weighs in at 555Lbs. Finished in vivid black and Harley Orange. Few flaws, the biggest a barely noticeable dent in the tank left side front. See the walk around video for details. New front tire and good meat on the rear tire. The right side foot peg is spinning and there are no mirrors installed. We do have short stem mirrors for $50 a set if you want to add them or get your own custom mirrors.

Setup with tail-light relocation kit to enable the install of saddlebags, ape handlebars and a nice set of short shot Vance & Hines pipes for the extra noise.

The Sportster has been the most recognized small Harley even though it really is a rather heavy bike for what is considered “Entry Level”. Not surprising some Harley riders with bigger bikes add a Sportster to their own garage for the quick run-around trip without bringing out the “big gun”. It is heavy enough to ride solid yet agile enough to just fling it around. Loved by shorter and female riders for its easy handling and loved by big guys for the power/weight ratio.

The Sportster is offered in two power units. The traditional 883 engine and the 1200 engine. Both are equally interesting bikes with tons of options by aftermarket manufacturers to customize this bike from head to toe for small money.
