This is the Custom Vehicle Operation (short CVO) version of the Electra Glide equipped with a 103ci motor built for the CVO and police bikes only. The 103ci motor would not come for another 6 years to the standard models. CVO bikes are hand made at the factory and carry special vin numbers.

This CVO has some flaws as pointed out in the walk around video. Cosmetics from scratches and a badly painted rear fender to some chrome parts having been blacked out. Still a great bike with low miles overall and with some hands on you can make this bike special again or simply ride it and enjoy it every day for what it is, unique and reliable. It shows much nicer as any description can make it to be. You will love this bike. The radio is aftermarket and we did not test it out. It produces sound. The rear speaker wires need to be better connected but here also the speakers are not tested.

Electra Glide is the quint essential Harley Touring bike. The one you want to drive and keep driving. It comes with all the comforts from radio/speakers.
