I BOUGHT THIS BIKE BRAND NEW IN MARCH 2000 AT THE FORMER 'CAMPBELL'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON' IN MARION, IL. IT IS A ONE OWNER AND WAS SERVICED EVERY 5000 MILES AT THE LOCAL HARLEY DEALERS UP UNTIL IT HAD 50,000 THEN I SWITCHED TO A LOCAL INDEPENDENT SHOP FOR 5000 MILE SERVICE. IT HAS NEVER BEEN WRECKED OR DROPPED BUT IT DID SEE RIDING IN THE RAIN, UNFORUNATELY WHO HASN'T, BUT WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AS EVIDENT BY THE PICTURES. HD saddlebag organizers for the lids. I have installed the left side but the right side lid has warped some due to excessive use and I cannot get the organizer to lay flat, so its still new in the package

I am currently running a Metezeler tire on the back and an Avon on the front as the Avon was the choice when the custom rims were installed, I personally didn't like the wear of the Avon so I switched to Metezeler. I just put a new tire on the back last spring, appr 6000 miles are on it, front is getting worn but could possibly make it thru spring, thats up to you. I had it custom painted in May 2005 and added the fairing the winter of 2008. The motor/transmission is stock with no problems whatsoever with it.

I also have a detachable rider backrest, the premium one that is cable operated, part #52501-09A and #52593-09A, and detachable luggage rack, part #53743-97 with hardware for sale as additional purchase for $200
