I have owned this 1960 Harley Davidson Duo Glide for 25 years and have been restoring antique bikes my whole life.

This has been restored over time in phases from the frame up. All original nuts, bolts, screws, hub parts are cadmium plated, new rims and spokes, original parts chromed, new top end, new fork tubes and bushings, original OEM Saddlebags, Hi-Fi metalic red paint. Most recently it received, new tires, new battery, new clutch, new primary chain and drive chain. It runs really well and can handle long rides easily. It starts easily when cold, but takes a special touch when starting it warm as all panheads do! I don't like reproduction parts, so I never replaced the handlebars, or put a horn on it. One cylinder head has a broken fin. The OEM Bubble bags were sanded and painted ages ago by someone, and they have some wear on the insides, but the lids fit well and they work great. The actual mileage is unknown, but since the restoration I have ridden it about 5,000 miles. This is a solid great running bike.
