This is truly a stand-out Fatboy, and WILL NOT get lost in the crowd. It was purchased brand new (it only has 1500 miles on it), and immediately had about another $12,000 spent on Harley Davidson upgrades at the Dealer. With the stock factory upgrades from Harley Davidson in '08 including the SUPER FAT 200mm rear tire, the new 96" Twin CamB^TM Balanced Engine, and Six Speed Cruise Drive^TM Transmission, this bike already sizzles..! Then take note of the items that aren't visible, but VERY nice to have such as the HD Smart Security System (about $330 including Key Fob), and an HD EFI Race Tuner (about $750 installed), which of course includes a trip to the Dyno Machine to correctly calibrate the Race Tuner with the Vance & Hines Exhaust (about $535), and the Screamin' Eagle Air Cleaner Kit (about $140).

When looking at this bike, the first thing you notice is the "Radical Scorcher" super nice flame numbered Paint Set (12 of 200), from Harley's Custom Paint Division (about $2500), the complete "Flame Collection" Grips, which include the Front and Rear Floor Boards, Shifter Pegs, and Hand Grips, (about $350), and the chrome "Reaper" Style 17" Harley Chrome Wheels (about $1675), with matching "Reaper" Sprocket and Rotors, (about $650). Then when you start looking closer you start to see all the other expensive, very cool and tasteful upgrades that have been added.

For starters, notice the "Flame" Clutch and Brake Levers (about $135), the "Flame" LED Fuel Gauge (about $150), and the matching "Flame" Gas Cap (about $40). Also notice the Complete Chrome Front End Package (about $557), the "Flame" Shifter Rod (about $180), the Speedo/Tach Combo (about $450), the "Bar & Shield" Collection Derby and Timer Cover, (about $41), and a REAL, (not just a cover) Chrome Swing Arm (about $550), and also the great looking Fat Handlebars upgrade (about $544).

Now.., the other really cool thing about this Fatboy is how in simply a matter of minutes, you can change it from a GREAT looking "fun-around-town" bike to a "take-that-long-trip" bike. All you do is add the HD Leather "quick release" Saddlebags (about $666), the Tall HD Windshield (about $345), and the HD Sissy Bar (about $320), and you are ready to head out to the "wild blue yonder" with plenty of passenger and storage room availability. This bike really is set up for the best of both worlds..!

Now remember, for the long trips, the original seat that is pictured on the bike along with the windsheld and sissy bar, is included and the most comfortable for long trips, while the Badlander Seat (about $200), that is pictured on the bike with the windshield and sissy bar removed has the "cooler" look for around town and those short trips. (The Badlander seat is a very comfortable seat too and would work perfectly fine for a long trip if you are not taking a passenger along.)

To point out ALL the upgrades on this bike would take way too much space and time, so I am adding the following list of the accessories just as they appeared on the receipts from the Harley Dealer. (Incidentally, if it looks like the bike is lowered, you're right.., it has the HD rear Softail Lowering Kit in it also.)

Here is the bottom line: The gentleman that purchased this Fatboy new about a year ago, spent $18,000 on the bike, (plus sales tax), and then another about $12,000 on accessories and labor as I have itemized above. You don't have to be a math wizard to figure this deal out! He had in excess of $30,000 invested in the bike! He had a change in his situation that simply made sense for him to sell the bike. I sold the bike to a Commercial Airline Pilot in Texas about 9 months ago for $25,200 and he absolutely loved the bike, but in that time frame he owned it, he put less than 500 miles on the bike due to time constraints and two small children. So.., to spend more of his VERY limited home time with his family, he has decided to purchase a sports car so when he does go for a pleasure ride, everyone can be together. That is the ONLY reason this bike is for sale. It is a like brand new, perfect, simply gorgeous, never been scratched, laid down, hit or anything else, SUPER nice bike..!
